Doug Patridge

Doug Patridge

Doug’s call to the world of dry material handling came at an early age. He grew up working for the family business, Rage Engineering, that was started by his father. Rage Engineering was sold while Doug was attending Lehigh University, graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering. After graduation, he worked for Pennsylvania Metallurgical in Bethlehem PA as their only outside salesman. He followed that by working for Custom Particle Reduction (CPR) in Plumsteadville PA. CPR is a toll grinding, blending, and packaging company. After 5 years there, he went on to work for 2 major manufacturers in the handling world, specializing in feeding and mechanical conveying.

In the fall of 2002, he started MassFlow Solutions, covering Eastern PA, Southern NJ, Delaware, and Maryland until Jim Rutter joined in 2006. Doug now covers the eastern half of Pennsylvania with the exception of the immediate area around Philadelphia. Doug is married with 3 sons, plus the family golden retriever. In his spare time, he enjoys attending the boys sporting events, doing anything outside, and passionately supporting the Philadelphia sports teams.
